Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon filets
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the salmon – Rinse the salmon with water to clean and pat dry.
  • Make the butter sauce – In a bowl, combine the melted butter, ginger paste, dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Heat the pan – Place a pan over medium heat and pour in the butter sauce.
  • Cook the salmon – Once the butter starts to simmer, carefully place the salmon fillets into the pan.
  • Baste while cooking – Spoon the butter sauce over the salmon as it cooks.
  • Check doneness – Cook until the internal temperature reaches 135°F for a slightly rare texture or 145°F for a fully cooked salmon.

  • Serve with steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice for a complete meal.
  • For extra flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon before serving.
